All products in our online store are shipped through international mail.

All orders outside of Ukraine are shipped from the USA, with a delivery time of approximately 3-10 days.
If the order is from the USA, the delivery time is 2-6 days.
If the order is from Australia, the delivery time is 3-20 days.
If the order is from other countries, the delivery time is 6-12 days.

Payment is accepted via Pay Pal.

Mandatory Conditions for Returns

Items purchased on VelesWorld.com can be returned within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt.

Returns of items in proper condition are accepted only if their consumer properties and appearance are preserved (no signs of usage, original and undamaged packaging, and labels intact).

Please ensure careful packaging of the return shipment to prevent damage during transit.

If you send us a damaged item, an item without labels, or an item with signs of usage, we will be obligated to return it to you. In such cases, the expenses for the return shipment will be borne by the Buyer.

Who Covers the Return Shipment Costs?

If the returned item is due to a mismatch with the order or due to shortages, VelesWorld.com covers the cost of the return shipment. In this case, when sending the return package, please indicate that the recipient covers the shipping costs.

If the return is due to reasons such as color or size preferences, or any other non-order mismatch reasons, the buyer covers the return shipping costs. In such cases, when sending the return package, you will be required to pay for the shipping.
