OFFER AGREEMENT
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Offer and Acceptance
1.1. This agreement constitutes an offer (proposal) from the online store VelesWorld.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") on the terms set forth in this agreement.
1.2. Placing an order for products on the VelesWorld.com website confirms the Buyer's acceptance of the terms of this agreement.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to this agreement without prior notice to the Buyer.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver the products to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the products under the terms set forth in this agreement.
2.2. The products sold on the VelesWorld.com website are new and comply with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation.
2.3. Prices for products are indicated on the VelesWorld.com website and may change without prior notice to the Buyer.
3. Payment
3.1. Payment for products is made by the Buyer under the terms indicated on the VelesWorld.com website.
3.2. The Buyer has the right to refuse payment for the products prior to their dispatch.
4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery of products is carried out under the terms indicated on the VelesWorld.com website.
4.2. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.
5. Return of Products
5.1. The Buyer has the right to return products within 14 days from the date of receipt.
5.2. The return of products is carried out under the terms indicated on the VelesWorld.com website.
6. Liability of Parties
6.1. The Seller is not responsible for any damage caused to the Buyer due to improper use of the products.
6.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an order.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. This agreement is valid until it is amended or revoked by the Seller.
7.2. All disputes arising from this agreement are resolved through negotiations between the parties.
7.3. This agreement is interpreted in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
7.4. Signing this agreement is not required; placing an order on the VelesWorld.com website confirms the Buyer's acceptance of the terms of this agreement.
